Non-Refundable Policy

At Gest Design, customer satisfaction is our priority; however, we maintain a strict non-refundable policy to ensure fairness and clarity in our transactions. This policy is designed to address specific situations where a refund may be considered, while emphasizing that most sales are final.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Shipping Issues:

    • If your order has not been delivered due to errors on our part or our delivery partners.

    • If the package is lost or incorrectly shipped.

  2. Manufacturing Defects:

    • If the product you received has a verified manufacturing defect, such as damaged materials, improper stitching, or structural issues that make the item unusable.

Important Notes:

  • Cosmetic or minor discrepancies that do not affect the product’s functionality or intended use do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

  • Refunds are not available for personal preferences such as dislike of the color, size issues, or changes of mind.


Notification Requirements

To initiate a refund request, customers must:

  1. Notify us within 1 day of receiving the product. Notifications made beyond this timeframe will not be considered, and the sale will be deemed final.

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including:

    • Order number

    • Clear photographs or video evidence of the issue

    • Any additional details that support your claim

Please ensure your notification is sent to support@gestdesign.com promptly. Failure to provide complete information may result in a delay or denial of your refund request.


Non-Refundable Situations

The following scenarios are strictly non-refundable:

  1. Change of Mind:

    • If you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.

  2. Wear and Tear:

    • Damage resulting from regular use or mishandling by the customer.

  3. Delayed Notifications:

    • Requests made after the 1-day notification period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

  4. Custom or Personalized Orders:

    • Items that have been customized or personalized to your specifications are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or lost packages.

If your refund request is denied, we will notify you with a detailed explanation.
